Full food service is available</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>* In order to maintain a quality camping environment, the following items and activities are restricted from camp property: pets of any kind, skateboards, roller blades, travel trailers, campers, tents and the use and possession of: smoking and chewing tobacco, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, firearms,fireworks and/or firecrackers of any kind, and any activity deemed unchristian by the camp board.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>These rental rates include the use of the dining hall, classrooms, chapel, fellowship hall, pavilion, swimming pool (heated June 1-Sept. 3) and the grounds.  Kitchen/food preparation is for Camp Sonrise Mountain employees only </B>(due to Maryland State camping regulations<B>).  Please contact the Camp Agent (Karen Rhodes 724-539-9400) for further information concerning these rates and to make reservations.</B></div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B>1. </B> <A NAME="_rental_rates__non_church_of_god_arc"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="1x1.gif" HEIGHT="1" ALIGN="bottom" WIDTH="1" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0" ></A><B> RENTAL RATES</B> (Non-Church of God ARC Groups)</div> <div> <B>Cabins:             $20.00 per camper per night</B></div> <div> <B>Guest House:  $25.00 per camper per night</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>2. In case of personal injury requiring emergency hospital care, individual hospitalization or renter group insurance will be the primary coverage.  Camp insurance is secondary</B></div> <div> <B>     2. Camp Sonrise Mountain is not responsible for expenses exceeding maximum benefits that is not the direct result of negligence on the part of Camp Sonrise Mountain. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B><U> <A NAME="returning_renters"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="1x1.gif" HEIGHT="1" ALIGN="bottom" WIDTH="1" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0" ></A></U></B><B><U>RETURNING RENTERS</U></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Any group who had a rental period of 3 days or more in 2005 will be entitled to a 5% discount on their 2006 cabin rental rates, meals excluded.  Discount will be reflected on bill. </B></div> <bR> <div> <B> Example:</B></div> <div> <B>One 2005 rental period (3 days or more) - One 2006 rental period (3 days or more) = 5% discount on one 2006 rental period (3 days or more).</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Two 2005 rental periods (3 days or more) - Two 2006 rental periods (3 days or more) = 5% discount on two 2006 rental periods (3 days or more).</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>One 2005 rental period (3 days or more) - Two 2006 rental periods (3 days or more) = 5% discount on one 2006 rental period (3 days or more).</B></div> <bR> <div> <B> <A NAME="new_referral"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="1x1.gif" HEIGHT="1" ALIGN="bottom" WIDTH="1" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0" ></A></B><B><U>NEW REFERRAL</U></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Refer a new group to us and receive a 5% discount on cabin rental rates, meals excluded.  Discount will be reflected on bill.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Example:</B></div> <div> <B>Group "A" refers group "B" to us - after completion of group "B" rental, group "A" is entitled to 5% discount on cabin rental rates, meals excluded, on their next bill.</B></div> <div> <B>  </B></div> <div> <B>Group "A" refers group "B", "C", & "D" to us - after groups "B", "C", & "D" have completed their rentals, group "A" is entitled to 5% discount on cabin rental rates, meals excluded, for each referral group, on their next bill or bills.  This can be accumulated so that in this case group "A" could actually receive 15% discount for referrals on their next bill.  However, each referral bonus may only be applied one time.</B></div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B><U> <A NAME="rental_policies"><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="1x1.gif" HEIGHT="1" ALIGN="bottom" WIDTH="1" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0" ></A></U></B><B><U>RENTAL POLICIES</U></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>1.Camp Sonrise Mountain may be rented by churches and agencies of the Allegheny Region Conference, and General Conference of the Churches of God, other Christian denominational groups, Christian parachurch groups, and other non-profit groups whose purpose and objectives for renting Camp Sonrise Mountain are compatible with those stated herein (Christian evangelism and discipleship) as space is available.  In keeping with the purpose and polices of Camp Sonrise Mountain, the Board of Directors through the Rental and Billing Agent, has the authority to schedule or refuse use of the Camp.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>2.Use of Camp Sonrise Mountain by organizations not affiliated with the Allegheny Region of the Churches of God does not imply alignment with or endorsement by the Allegheny Region Churches of God.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>3.Camp Sonrise Mountain holds each guest group leader responsible for the activity and conduct of their group's members.  This includes ensuring proper leadership/camper ratios required by the State of Maryland, and Camp Sonrise Mountain Purpose, Policies and rules are followed at all times.  Also, Camp Sonrise Mountain holds the leadership and organization renting the Camp responsible for the physical and moral conduct of their group, and for any property damage beyond normal wear and tear.  Those who rent the Camp must have chaperons, counselors, etc. of children and youth properly screened to protect campers from acts of abuse.  This screening might include, but is not limited to, background checks, criminal record checks, interviews and fingerprinting.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>4.Prohibited on Camp property are pets of any kind, travel trailers and campers, tents, smoking and chewing tobacco, alcoholic beverages, illicit drugs, firearms and firecrackers of any kind, sparklers, skates, skateboards, gambling, electronic entertainment (music, games, etc.) immodest swim wear, and any unchristian activity.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>       Also restricted is the use of motorized vehicles of all types beyond designated parking and driveway areas.  This includes all snowmobiles, ATV's, dirt bikes, golf carts, etc.  Exception will be permitted for medically approved handicap mobility equipment.  The use of such equipment is limited to walkways, buildings and parking areas.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>6.All renters and visitors must abide by the Purpose Statement, Rental Policies, and policies no less strict than the Camp's policies on Sexual Misconduct and Blood & Body Fluids.</B></div> <bR> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
